ARKOSCOPE provides general and descriptive information about an Observed Universe of crypto projects whose sources may be monitored. Presence in this Universe is not a recommendation and does not mean a project belongs to Radar 20. States, Thesis, histories, briefs and editorial monitoring are not personalized financial advice, solicitation or transaction instructions.
No financial guarantee
Crypto-assets are volatile. ARKOSCOPE guarantees neither permanently accurate prices nor continuous data availability, returns or results. Information may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable.
Free and Premium features
Part of the content is available free of charge. ARKOSCOPE VISION PRO may provide greater depth, history or context. The paid tier sells depth of understanding, never earlier access to an entry, exit or critical security alert.
Apple subscriptions
Subscriptions offered in the application are billed and managed by Apple. The price, duration, renewal, cancellation and refund rules shown by the App Store apply. Restoration is performed in the application with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Availability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, a network incident, provider unavailability or security reasons. ARKOSCOPE prefers a verified cache and clearly identified fallback to a false LIVE state.
Reasonable use
You must not bypass protections, disrupt the service, attempt to access non-public systems or present content as personalized advice issued by ARKOSCOPE.
Intellectual property
The ARKOSCOPE name, visual identity, robot, texts, editorial structure and original service elements are protected. Third-party project names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARKOSCOPE is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information displayed by the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence within the European Union. The Belgian courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
