Here is how ARKOSCOPE gathers a project’s announcements, ties them to their origin and sets out what they do — and do not — establish.
What you are reading
This historical example concerns Aptos. It uses a catalogue from September 8, 2026 and a screenshot from September 21, 2026, both from V2 in testing. It illustrates the follow-up of official announcements, not a full assessment of the project’s fundamentals.
Passages marked “Engine text” reproduce the content of that version. The explanations around them were written for this page. The first version may present this differently.
This dossier is neither a recommendation, nor a price forecast, nor a ranking. Aptos was chosen because this dossier appears in full in the qualified screenshots, not because of any judgement on the project.
An identified official account
The five posts shown below come from Aptos’s official X account (@Aptos). In ARKOSCOPE’s register, this account has a permanent identifier and proof of its link to the project, taken from its official website; it was verified and reviewed on July 20, 2026.
An identified origin is not an independent confirmation. In this dossier, the posts are attributed to the project’s official account. That tells you who is making the announcement; it is not enough to confirm each of its claims.
Five attributed, dated announcements
ARKOSCOPE readings of five of the dossier’s announcements, dated September 1 to 8, 2026 (engine text):

Dates are the dates of publication on X; the exact collection date is not given here. These five posts are the ones the dossier presented as evidence; the thesis statement itself counted 17 facts when it was created (see step 3).
What this means: here, “verified” refers to provenance: the announcement does come from the project’s official account. That check does not confirm the content of the announcement, which remains a statement by the project.
What the statement describes

When this thesis was created, its statement described 17 recorded facts over 35 days, all classified as coming from an official account, with a median interval of 1.86 days. These figures belong to the statement written at creation; they are not presented here as a count updated on September 21.
The state shown is “Strengthened”. According to the definition described for this version, it means new verified facts have been added since creation. On its own, it does not mean the project’s fundamentals have improved.
What this means: the statement is an analysis derived from the facts, labelled “ARKOSCOPE analysis”. It adds no new fact and says nothing about the price.
What this dossier does not say
Engine text, on three of the facts:
- “… yet it does not provide measurable impact data on the network.” (September 1)
- “… which could boost on‑chain activity though it does not provide quantifiable metrics.” (September 6)
- “No performance or adoption metrics are provided, so the real scope of this feature remains to be verified.” (September 8)
What this means: all the evidence in the dossier comes from a single category of source, the project’s own account. The dossier establishes a steady flow of announcements; it demonstrates neither adoption, nor technical quality, nor investment value, and includes no independent confirmation.

For this dossier, the engine expects at least one new verified fact within seven days. The silence threshold is three times the observed interval, with a minimum of seven days: here, three times 1.86 days gives about 5.6 days, so the seven-day minimum applies.
A silence beyond the threshold leads to the “Weakened” state under the rules described for this version. The “Invalidated” state is reserved for significant contradictions. These states describe the body of facts, not the price or the overall quality of the project.
About the text displayed: this version writes “three times the pace” without spelling out the seven-day minimum. It also uses “invalidation point” for situations that do not lead to the same state. The rules described above tell the two cases apart.
Two dated observations of the dossier

These two pieces show the same statement and the same state. They do not date or demonstrate any transition between the two observations. The date on which the thesis moved to “Strengthened” is not established by the material presented; no correction of this dossier is shown here.
A separate observation from the same catalogue: at least one other thesis was in the “Weakened” state, meaning no verified fact for longer than its threshold. This state describes a body of facts, not a project’s value.

The announcements are public. The dossier makes them easier to examine.

This example shows that work on official announcements. On its own, it is not enough to establish a project’s overall quality. You keep the sources and your own judgement. Our method explains each step.
